good sleep is all I need

Got up today at 07:40, with no alarm clock, after sleeping on the floor (way better for my lower back than sleeping on a regular mattress). Feels like I can conquer the world.

These 1-2-3 additional hours when you wake up earlier make so much sense. If it could be so all the time, falling asleep at 11pm and getting back up at 7am, thats not always the case.

Started the day with 1-hour walk in the glowing sun. Already done some work I planned, like updating Linktree, writing the next draft for genaqarchava.com, and reviewing music for the November mix. Now getting back to emails & Slack.

The eating schedule works way better when you have an early breakfast around 8-9 a.m., then lunch at 1-2 p.m., and finish up with dinner at around 6-7 p.m.

There are only pros in getting up early, but why does it happen so rarely though? Hope I will be able to figure this out, have a good one 🤸‍♀️
